Thermal production line
Our thermal productions line is where pellet and wood burning, stoves and fireplaces are manufactured. Currently 115 people work on this line.

Marble production line
Processing marble requires accurate procedures and detailed controls because both the aesthetical value and the general quality of each fireplace depend on it. Marble is a live material, it has shades, veins, and tonalities that are always different. All these small imperfections add value to the material and must not be considered defects; instead they are something of great value.
In order to guarantee aesthetic uniformity, our fireplaces are always made from an individual block of marble, not assembled from separate pieces that would compromise the shade of the final product. Thanks to an extensive network of relationships started with major international distributors, we are able to offer an infinite line of options in materials, a great variety of marbles that we can choose from and, based on your preferences, may also be processed in different ways.


For over 40 years our fireplaces have distinguished themselves based on the care that goes into manufacturing them. This is thanks to the experience of our artisans and continual technological research. They have developed patented processes, exclusive for Italy that, for example, can create curved monolithic elements from a single block of marble. CEMENT PROCESSING PLANT


In this plant, located in Zoppola, we are responsible for the “cement line” production, for example outdoors fireplaces (barbecue), palex, bases for stoves and reconstructed stone (Easy Stone). Since 2007 we have been producing the Alma coating using a cement with high levels of thermal and mechanical performance. We have the exclusive for the Italian market on this product. On the environmental and nature side of things, we have exclusive rights on the use of special cement (TX) that, when using it with reconstructed stone, generates the photocatalysis phenomenon, air “purification” that is comparable to photosynthesis found in plants. The plant employs about 60 people and covers an area of 74,000 m2.

CERAMIC PLANT In this productive unit, located in the industrial area of Porcia, we produce semi-refractory ceramic materials using a double flame ceramic technology.

WOOD PROCESSING PLANT
In the carpentry department, located in the industrial area of Porcia, we handle processing for all wood parts for masonry kitchens, drawers, along with beams and shelves for fireplace and stove facings (Giulia, Nicoletta e Clemy).


The process starts with raw material selection and goes all the way to the finished product. Currently there are 9 operators employed, working on a 1000 m2 surface. Processing takes place using both artisan methods (such as antiquing) and advanced processing methods using numerical control machines. LOGISTICS PLANT
Logistics, with 15 employees working in an area of over 8.000 m2, is the finished product storage and distribution centre, operating as a connection between the different production lines and the clients, guaranteeing an adequate level of service and coordinating distribution. ROYAL PLANT
