History
Palazzetti Lelio S.p.A. is one of the leading European and worldwide companies in the wood biomass (wood and pellets) domestic heating field today.
The company was established in 1954 in Porcia (PN) for the manufacturing of cement products for interior furnishings, the industrial processing of marble for flooring and wall covering was added a few years later.

In the first part of the ’70s the first Italian production of completely prefabricated fireplaces and barbecues was started, responding to aesthetic and functional requirements, simple to install.
In the following years the production of wood and pellet stoves and fireplaces was started, soon after the production of masonry kitchens.

These are innovative products, developed in compliance with the highest technological standards and in absolute respect for the environment, tested and certified by the most prestigious European Institutes and by associations protecting consumers and the environment.
Palazzetti products have been approved according to strict community regulations on emissions and efficiency, mandatory at the European level since June 2006.

1954
The Lelio Palazzetti business was established in Porcia (PN) for processing special cements.
1972
The first prefabricated fireplaces were created.
1976
Careful attention to energy efficiency was the driving force behind the creation of Termopalex (water) and Ventilpalex (ventilated hot air) fireplaces.
1982
We obtained the first product certifications awarded by the most prestigious European Institutes.
1984
The “custom-made” project, the only one of its kind, was born. This project allowed the creation of fireplaces that met the desires and requirements of individual clients.
1992
We were the first to introduce dual-combustion technology that reduces carbon monoxide emissions into the air and increases fireplace heat efficiency. The production of Ecofire begins: the pellet stove.
1993
Our environmental commitment first became tangible through the support of many WWF and A.V.I.A.M.A. (Association for increasing of Arboriculture and the Betterment of the Environment) and now working along side of Paulownia Italia, where the Siep project was started, with the objective of increasing the propagation of environmentally compatible energy and increasing awareness towards nature conservation, based on the idea that simple and pleasant actions, for example planting a hedge, can give an important contribution to present and future life.
1994
The first Italian producers of the technology with the lowest possible levels of carbon monoxide: Ecofire 0.06%.
2001
The certification was awarded to the factory of refractory materials in Zoppola
2004
We celebrated out 50 years of activity by cooperating with CEAR (Consortium of Alternative Energy for Heating) to create E78 NATURE, the innovative firebox certified by ACTECO (technical and ecological consulting agency), that guarantees even more heat, high levels of technological performance and a greater respect for the environment and for health. Multifire was created, the fireplace that allows the traditional pleasure of burning wood, but, with a simple operation, transforms into a modern pellet fireplace with an automatic loader.
2005
Edilogica, the zero impact environmentally sustainable home was developed, a project that we strongly desired and presented at the Casa su Misura (Custom home) fair in Padova. In Edilogica we introduced the Sistema Calore Palazzetti, an integrated heating system that uses alternative sources of thermal energy, such as wooden biomasses (wood and pellets) and the sun, drastically reducing gas-diesel oil consumption and guaranteeing savings that, in economical terms, amount to 25 - 50% when compared to traditional heating systems and provide an optimal level of comfort.
